“Kata Lucky Villa” is located in central Kata, 500 meters from Kata Beach. The Kata Lucky Villa is surrounded by a sweep of tropical jungle covered mountains, the Kata Highlands.

Being nearer the southern edge of Phuket Island Kata Lucky Villa is well positioned for the Diving pier at Chalong Bay. From here you can get dive boats out to the reefs at Phi Phi Island, Racha Island, Maiton, Shark Point and the Wreck. There is some simple shore based diving from Kata Beach but the reefs are not as developed as the remoter off shore islands.

The golf courses are 35 minutes further north in Kahtu Valley and the great shopping in patong is 20 minutes, Phuket Town 25 minutes.
