Hotel reviews provided by Tripadvisor:  We stayed three weeks in the new wing and we like it alot. Nice decoration, great pool, good breakfast (just enough variation) and very friendly staff. Easy and cheap internet access.
For a very reasonable price, this hotel is very quiet and has a far more "expensive" feel... the staff is helpful at all hours for any issues. They are prompt and very helpful.  We enjoyed our stay at the old Phuket and found the staff helpful and the language reasonable. We did book a spa room and found the spa to be a bit outdated and really it didn't work well and because...
