Good hotel, Nice staff. A little bit far from the town (Patong), but we had a car so it was no problem for us. Otherwise a shuttle bus is available.

This hotel is situated upon the Patong hill - a very good location for those, who don't want to be disturbed with all that noise and rush from Patong beach.
If you take a room starting 2xx (high floor), you will be able to enjoy a wonderful view on the whole Patong bay and also you will have chance to experience the sound of the jungle. Positives are very nice and clean pool and staff willing to serve a customer.
The hotel also has a free shuttle to Patong beach and back going at 10,11 a.m.; 2 and 3 p.m. and 7, 8 and 10 p.m.
I did not found any negatives, maybe just that the hotel had quite expensive internet service in comparison to the prices of internet on the Patong beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel! I have enjoyed the stay.  Barry Daniels
The service and hospitality were splendid. The staff went out of their way to make it as pleasant and comfortable for us as possible.
The lay out of the rooms around the swimming pool is ideal for swimming, breakfast, drinking and leasuring.
The dining room staff were professional and pleasant to meet.
This was excellent value for money after our experience in Japan hotels. I would highly recommend the Patong Grand Ville hotel in Phuket, Thailand to anybody, single, family or group, for a marvelous holiday.

sorry it was at Absolute Bangla Patong but I believe that they have same standard. I went with my boyfriend, he's a white guy but I'm Thai. One off their staffs who gave us service treated me very bad...  Value for money

Absolute Patong Ville is a nice place to chill out and relax. It has got a nice panoramic view of the swimming pool and the in-house restaurant churns out amazing local food.
Though a little far on... Disappointed too......

We stayed here for 5 nights Jan 09 but would have left after 1or2 had we not had to fully prepay before arrival (never do that again!). Hotel Website looks better than it is. Once in Patong we could... An awseome feel of Paradise
